Lively bash for Bath Place
A SHINDIG that was “jumping” with people from morning to night celebrated a special occasion for Bath Place Community Venture.
The Leamington not-for-profit organisation opened its doors on Saturday to mark two years since it moved to Avenue Road.
As well as laying on entertainment and food, the venture established a Friends group and around £1,000 was raised towards the organisation, which receives no outside funding.
Manager Stinder Johl said: “We had a great atmosphere – it was jumping.”
The Friends group membership costs £10 per year (£5 for the unwaged) and includes half price hot drinks. www.bathplace.org
