Man exposed himself and vandalised a car
A 20-year-old Leamington man has had to pay more than £1,000 in compensation and fines after he indecently exposed himself and vandalised a car on New Year’s Day.
At Leamington Magistrates Court last Wednesday Christie Leathem of Binswood Avenue admitted to intentionally exposing himself intending that someone would see and be caused alarm or distress.
He also pleaded guilty to causing £900 worth of damage to a Vauxhall Insignia car.
Both incidents took place on Tuesday January 1 this year.
Leathem was fined £300 and ordered to pay £1,000 compensation and £100 costs.
He will pay at a rate of £30 per week.
