Man killed in M40 crash
The accident happened on the northbound carriageway between junctions 12 and 13 at about 12.15am and involved a red Peugeot 306, a black Volkswagen Bora and a black Jaguar X type.
The Peugeot is believed to have left the road and gone up the embankment before coming to rest in the nearside lane of the motorway.

Hide AdTwo men were thrown from the vehicle and sustained serious injuries. A third left the vehicle got out of the vehicle to warn oncoming traffic.
Both the Volkswagen and the Jaguar were in collision with the stationary Peugeot.
All three men from the Peugeot were taken to the University Hospital, Coventry with serious injuries. One of those thrown from the vehicle has since died.
The driver of the Volkswagen also suffered serious injuries and was taken to the University Hospital, Coventry and the driver of the Jaguar suffered minor injuries.
The identity of the man who died has not yet been released.
