Miss Rugby hopeful hosts mince pie bake off

A Miss Rugby 2015 finalist is holding a mince pie bake off to raise money for charity.

Louise Woof will be asking hopefuls to bring their festive creations along to be judged by professional bakers.

The event will raise money for Beauty With A Purpose - the Miss World charity that helps disadvantaged children all over the world.

Allyson from Mrs Crumbs the Baker in Rugby, Caroline from Southam’s Pure Delights Cakery and Sophie of Cakes by Sophie Page from Coventry will be judging the entries.

The Winner will receive Christmas baking prizes donated by The Craft Company in Warwick.

The event will be held at Northgate Methodist Church Hall, Barrack Street, Warwick, on December 13.
