Missing Rugby woman found safe

Olga Marujo suffers from dementia and was reported missing on Monday night when she failed to answer a regular daily phone call.

In a statement issued on their Facebook page, Warwickshire Police said: “We are pleased to say that the 87-year-old Rugby woman who was reported missing on Monday night has been found safe.

“Olga Marujo was located by a search team just before 3pm this afternoon, Wednesday July 27 and will be checked over by medical staff before being returned to her family.

“Thank you to everyone for your help and for sharing our appeals.”
