Motorbikes ridden on pavements in Rugby
Police officers in the west of Rugby have received 13 complaints about motorbikes being ridden off-road or on pavements in recent months.
The stats appeared in the August newsletter for the beat, which covers Admirals, Bilton, Cawston, New Bilton, Overslade and Caldecott. Police reiterated that nuisance bikes will not be tolerated.
Last month officers were on patrol when they found a male on a mini-moto near the disused railway line at Cawston.
Officers discovered the bike was illegal to use on public land and it was seized. It will be crushed.
