A new phase of apartments has now been launched at St Modwen Homes’ Edison Place development in Rugby.
When complete, the new phase will provide 40 new homes across six apartment blocks on land off Technology Drive.
The first six apartments (from block one) were launched for sale on October 18.
This is the second phase of apartments to be built at Edison Place – the first selling out in just two weeks.
Bev Hall, sales and marketing director at St Modwen Homes, said: “Since our last phase of apartments sold out in a matter of days, we’ve been inundated with people asking when the next phase of apartments will be released.
“I’m pleased to say that it has now been launched and househunters in Rugby are invited to visit Edison Place and see the plans for the new apartments for the first time.”
To date, St Modwen Homes has built 60 new homes at Edison Place, made up of apartments and two, three, four and five bedroom houses.
Edison Place is part of St. Modwen’s broader multi-million pound regeneration of the former Alstom industrial site at Leicester Road where the developer has recently submitted an outline planning application for the delivery of 10,000 sq m retail space.
