A NEW business has opened in Rugby this week.
Onyx La’Rouge, offering a full range of beauty services, is the latest new business to open in Rugby town centre.
The salon, in Railway Terrace, opened for the first time on Saturday.
The salon, spread over two floors has been refurbished and offers a variety of beauty services including hairdressing, nails, eyelash and hair extensions, for both female and male clients. It also offers a full range of fashion colour contact lenses.
Dorothy Myrie, director of Onyx La’Rouge said: “We had a fantastic day Saturday with loads of interest and some very satisfied customers. In these difficult times people do not have a lot of disposable income and I wanted to ensure by keeping my prices down that people could still afford to be pampered and enjoy a little luxury on a regular basis without having to worry. I’ve lived in Rugby all my life and I’m really excited to be now running a business in the town centre.”
Aftab Gaffar, director of operations for Rugby First said: “Despite the tough economic climate new businesses continue to open in Rugby Town Centre. It’s Dorothy’s first business venture and she is determined to succeed. I wish her well and would encourage any other new entrepreneurs interested in starting up a business in the town centre to get in touch on 01788 569 436.”
