PROPERTY expert Red Brick Lettings has enhanced its customer service by embracing new computer software which allows it to improve efficiency and streamline services.

The Henry Street business has upgraded all its computers to the new Gemini Lettings and Management software. It’s helped the firm show landlords how seriously it takes their properties by storing information about rents and charges that can be immediately reported to customers.

Not only does Gemini help Red Brick to provide answers more quickly than manually searching an internal database, but it also places all key property information within the same web space - meaning that it can hold a definitive property portfolio online.

Patrick Sullivan, owner of Red Brick Lettings, said: “Gemini has really helped us to spend less time chained to our computers looking for specific answers to enquiries and more time dealing directly with landlords.

“We used to spend a lot of time doing mundane administrative tasks. Now we are able to concentrate more on our customers and service.”
