Newman Sales & Lettings announced its 2012 results at its AGM earlier this month.
All areas of the businesses have improved on 2011 results and some areas have increased turnover by 41 per cent.
Sean Newman, who founded the firm, said: “I am extremely pleased with the performance of our team over the last 12 months and it goes to show that even in a tough market businesses can still grow. We have some exciting plans for 2013 which include opening new offices and expanding our team”.
Just over 12 months ago Newman Sales & Lettings changed its business model and moved away from the traditional UK estate agency system of employing staff and moved towards the model used in most other parts of the world including USA, Australia & South Africa, where self-employed ‘associates’ work under a company brand and run their own business.
Due to the success of this model, Newman is now recruiting associates to join their team.
