OFFICERS were called to Brandon Lane following reports of a gang of people riding around on off-road motorbikes.

On Saturday neighbours reported that the gang, who were riding the off-road motorcycles in field behind houses, were causing a ‘nuisance’.

A spokesman for the Rugby Rural Central police team said: “Upon attendance officers spoke with a number of adults and youths and issued five warnings under Section 59 Police Reform Act. All those people leave themselves liable to having their vehicles seized if they are caught riding or driving in such a manner again anywhere in the country.”
