Disappointed by bus company’s service
When drivers have been asked why, they say “it’s not my fault, it’s further up the line of command where things have gone wrong.” Passengers have also been told that they are lucky to have a bus pass - but what use is a bus pass, free or otherwise, when the bus doesn’t turn up? During my working life as an accountant I have seen many different companies in operation, but never one as shambolic as Stagecoach. If companies had been run in this fashion then it would have been just a matter of time before they had gone to the wall.
The country is going through hard times at present, when business should be trying doubly hard to please the public instead of this cavalier attitude which is being used on the long suffering public in this part of town.

Why are there twice as many 67s as 68s when the demand is the same for each route? Recently I missed a medical appointment because a bus was very late and I am a diabetic and walk with a stick. - J.
