Glorious day for the town of Warwick

Hundreds of local people turned out both in the town and in the Castle courtyard which made for a memorable day for the town especially as the main thoroughfares of the town were once again thronged with people instead of roadworks. Even the weather was gracious enough to be kind!

Congratulations to all concerned in organising the event as well as actually taking part.

What a wonderful virtual finale for Warwick mayor Trudy Offer who has handed over the chain this week. She has done such a brilliant job as the town’s first citizen having a caring attitude with empathy and compassion for the people of Warwick in all her duties.
