Hospital has a duty of care to patients

Along with the undoubted stress and anxiety of Mr Cleal having to undergo an operation, to come back and find one’s personal belongings missing is both unacceptable and inexcusable.

Warwick Hospital has a duty of care. It is time Mr Burley took personal responsibility for the hospital rather than just grabbing his fat salary and blaming external “agency staff” and “security staff” when things go wrong.

Theft is a criminal matter so when are the police going to be called, Mr Burley?

The standard of the whole hospital is set by the chief executive. Perhaps it is time Warwick Hospital was run by someone from a medical background, not Mr Burley the accountant, who clearly does not understand people. - Ms A Witton, Coventry Road, Warwick.
