Well done to all at St Mary’s school

As a town councillor and governor, I would like to send my thanks to all the staff at St Mary’s Immaculate school. They have just received a ‘grade two - good’ from their latest Ofsted inspection held in January.

The report highlighted: children get a good start to school life in pre-school and reception classes; pupils throughout the school make good progress in reading, writing and mathematics; standards are rising; teachers make lessons interesting.

As a lecturer at Warwickshire College I appreciate all the hard work and effort that goes into achieving a good grade.

Congratulations again to all the staff involved.

John Sullivan, town councillor, (Warwick West)
