Where’s the sense in moving box office?
I was surprised to receive an email from the Spa Centre telling me that the centre was being refurbished and mentioning that the box office had moved permanently to the town hall.
The box office in the town hall will be open from 10am to 5pm only on Monday to Friday. In addition, on show nights there will be box office facilities at the Spa Centre itself from 6pm.
If they have to keep the space at the Spa Centre for evening bookings, surely it makes sense to have the box office remain entirely at the Spa Centre - particularly as they are trying to increase ticket sales.
