Why another candidate?
It was interested to see in last week’s Courier (2 Jan) that UKIP had announced their candidate for Warwick and Leamington at May’s General Election.
Regular readers of this paper will recall that in the November 8, 2013 edition, UKIP had already revealed the selection of their candidate for Warwick and Leamington – Jane Brooks.
Given the variety of widely publicised reasons for UKIP candidates standing aside (racist, sexist or homophobic or just downright nasty views, internal division or policy disagreements), I would love to know why Ms Brooks was replaced.
