Don’t forget ... one of Rugby’s biggest events of the year is coming up this weekend.
With it’s usual fun for all the family, this year’s Rotary Spring Fair will swing into action on Bank Holiday Monday.
This much-loved day out in the town centre is being organised by the three Rotary clubs of Rugby and takes place on May 2.
There are lots of exciting new attractions lined up for this year, with displays and workshops to entertain all the family.
For the first time the Galloping Acrobatics will be part of the day as one of the arena acts, performing amazing acts on horseback.
Rugby Area Talent Trust will bring the stage alive throughout the day with some great music, stunning voices and promising young musical talent.
There will be a fun dog show, dance workshops and displays, a dedicated children’s play area and the traditional fun fair.
Food, beer and wine will be on sale and lots of craft, business and charity stalls have also been lined up for the event. The Friends of St Cross is just one charity who will be in attendance on the big day, selling toys and running a tombola on their stall to help raise vital funds,
The Spring Fair will be held at Whitehall Recreation Ground with gates open from 11.30am to 5pm.
