Onside Coaching has been working with Warwick District Council on the Park Life campaign which encourages children to visit parks and stay active during lockdown.

There are multiple QR codes located in Victoria Park, St Nicholas Park and Abbey Fields and when scanned on a smartphone a video pops up with a fun, physical, challenge or activity at that location.

Sarah Roberts, digital marketing coordinator for Onside Coaching, said: "Whilst our main line of business has ground to a halt, we felt it was a great way to help inspire schools & parents who are currently juggling remote learning to get outside, stay active and stay local.

"Our after-school club programmes and holiday camps have not been running properly for almost 12 months now, and we really wanted to find a different way for children to enjoy physical activity until things return to normal.

"Not only that but we hope that Park Life will reduce screen time and spark a new lease of life into what are by now very well-trodden parks."
