Former restaurant in Leamington to be converted into office
Plans for the change of use for the premises at 33-39 Regents Grove, formerly occupied by The Grove Kitchen, were approved by officers at Warwick District Council this week.
A report by architects Corstorphine and Wright that accompanied the application explained that the ground floor restaurant premises had been closed since November and although it was on the market, a buyer had not been found.

"The proposal will allow for the currently vacant premises to be brought back into use.
"We, therefore, conclude the impact on the surrounding area will be neutral and the application should be supported.”
