Rugby FM's Jason Moss thanks listeners for their support as he records final breakfast show after 12 years
Rugby FM's Jason Moss thanked listeners for their support over the last 12 years as he signed off on his last breakfast show with the station this morning, November 29.
Mr Moss has entertained Rugbeians for years and played a prominent part in events organised by Rugby FM, including the Christmas Lights Switch on and the Pride of Rugby awards.
He has also helped to support organisations and charities in the town, including taking a leading role in a video recorded to raise awareness of Rugby Foodbank.
Speaking on this morning's breakfast show, he said: "I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone that's text in.
"I haven't been able to get through them all because I've just been so busy with the show this morning - but I'll have a look at them after the show.
"It is my last breakfast show after 12 years of talking to you, telling you my bonkers stories and supporting Rugby and being there for you when the snow came down and the travel and the weather and just playing decent music on the radio.
"It's the end for me. And it has been a total pleasure to have been your breakfast show host over the last 12 years.
"I've loved every minute of it - despite the early mornings.
"I've got some very exciting things happening for me in December, but, I just wanted to say thank you to everybody that's sent me a good luck message.
"And make sure you're listening next week - some big things are happening."
His final show comes as Rugby FM prepares to become part of Capital FM on Monday, December 2.
The Rugby FM team will continue to bring Rugby news, weather, traffic and travel after the changeover.
