This half term, Warwick Castle’s own Sir Jay is recruiting new knights for his court by bringing the Castle’s popular 'knight school' to the homes of children across the land.

During a 20-25 minute live online class, Sir Jay will carefully guide aspiring knights through traditional sword moves and tactical defence skills, before 'knighting them into the realm'.

The 'knight school' class will run five times a day from Monday February 15 to Wednesday February 17 – with the possibility of more classes being added.

Hosted on Zoom, the class costs £2.95 per connection/household, meaning parents can book one slot for multiple children.

The castle will also soon be hosting virtual storytime visits from the Castle’s princess.

The castle also recently launched its online 'Learning Library', featuring a 360° virtual tour of the castle and a host resources, including puzzles, videos, quizzes and downloadable colouring sheets, suitable for pre-schoolers to Key Stage 3.

Further information and tickets for the virtual Knight School can be found here: www.warwick-castle.com/education/knight-school-live.
