Warwickshire Police has released an image of a man they want to talk to in connection with a distraction burglary in Ansty last week.
The incident occurred at about 4pm on Saturday, July 16 in the Grove Road area, but was reported on July 19.
Two men approached an 81-year-old woman as she returned from shopping and spread a map across the bonnet of her car before asking her for directions to Surrey.
The woman went indoors to get a pen and paper, believing that the men remained outside, but when they left she discovered that her bank card had been stolen from the kitchen. The card has since been used in a number of places to withdraw cash and make purchases.
One of the men is described as being white, in his thirties, 5ft 7ins tall, slim with short fair hair. He was smartly dressed.
The second man is described as having an olive complexion, in his thirties, 5ft 2ins tall, stocky build with short dark hair. He was wearing casual clothing.
Police believe that the woman may have been followed by the two men as she left the Sainsbury’s supermarket in Bell Green Road, Coventry.
The man they want to speak to was in the supermarket at the time and may have information that could help them with their enquiries.
He, or anyone else with information, should call Warwickshire Police on 101.
