Police launch an investigation into ‘suspicious’ fire at Crazy Daisy’s nightclub

A FIRE at the former Crazy Daisy’s nightclub in Stretton has led police to launch an investigation.

Police said this morning (Monday) that they are treating the fire at suspicious which broke out at the Goji restaurant on the A45 - previously known as Crazy Daisy’s - at 5.15pm yesterday (Sunday).

Anyone driving along the A45 near Stretton on Dunsmore who noticed any activity around the building prior to the fire, is asked to contact Warwickshire Police on (01926) 415000.

A police spokesman said: “The fire, reported to police at 5.15pm, is believed to have resulted in the total loss of the building despite five fire appliances attending the scene.”
