Sixth Formers at Princethorpe College blitzed the school day with a wash of pink costumes all to raise vital cash for Breast Cancer Care.

As part of the charity’s Big Pink drive, students embraced the theme by turning up dressed as crayons, fairies and aerobic queens.

With every pupil in the school making a cash donation the coffers were swelled by a break time cake sale. Pastel coloured cup-cakes and biscuits went down a treat all in a bid to raise awareness of women who suffer from the disease.

Head of Sixth Form Anne Allen said she was delighted with students’ support.
