Radford Road church in Leamington to host dramatic reading of St Mark’s Gospel in run up to Easter

A dramatic presentation of St Mark’s Gospel will be given at Radford Road church in Leamington in its run up to Easter.

The Rev Ian Birkinshaw and his son Peter of the Riding Lights Theatre Company, both from Yorkshire, will put on the performance on Saturday March 28 at 4pm.

The presentation, including music and effects, features a footsore traveller telling the extraordinary story of a peasant carpenter, preacher and miracle worker whose dynamic presence influenced all who met him.

The event is free but there will be a retiring collection to cover expenses.
