Justyn received national coverage in the media after he managed to totally transform his life following a gambling addiction, which had seen him lose virtually everything.

The event this Saturday, November 5, at Butlin Road is being organised by the HOPE and Revive church networks.

Justyn’s talk will see him track how his compulsion to internet betting sites wrecked both his personal life and also his flourishing career in the City.

As a result of this, he sought solace in religion to help him through his darkest times and Justyn now shares his experiences and journey to recovery with audiences across the country.

Having since authored two successful books ‘One Day at a Time’ and ‘Tails I Lose’, Justyn also counsels on the dangers of online gambling addiction and has run seminars at a number of top sporting clubs – including Leicester Tigers, Northampton Saints and the Coventry-based Wasps rugby teams.

HOPE’s executive director Roy Crowne looked forward to the forthcoming event. He said: “Justyn has an amazing story to tell and I wholeheartedly recommend the session to anybody.

“We thank the football club for the use of the facility, and we will be looking to build on the success of the carol concert that we held at the ground in 2014 when there was a great response and we managed to mobilise both the churches and people of the borough.”

Tickets for the event which is scheduled to run from 8.30am-10am are priced at £6 per head to include breakfast and refreshments.
