Rugby building fire leaves person suffering from smoke inhalation


A person has been treated for smoke inhalation after a fire in Farm Grove, Rugby.

Crews were called to the scene at 3.38am on Saturday. Two fire engines attended, one from Rugby and one from Southam.

Firefighters found smoke issuing from the premises, with the fire located at the rear of the building. Crews requested an ambulance to attend due to treat a person suffering from smoke inhalation.

Both fire engines appliances had returned to their stations by 5.11am.
