Rugby law firm Brethertons is celebrating after being accredited with the Investors in People Gold Standard.
Around 800 organisations in the UK are accredited to gold standard, and of these only 22 operate in the legal services industry.
HR partner Deborah Atkins said: “We are delighted with this achievement. Our internal culture values personal development, ambition and each other, so we’re delighted this accreditation recognises and symbolises our core principles.
“This really is a significant achievement. The report highlighted the way our ‘pioneering’ organisational strategies are integrated across the firm, and the strong sense of identity, engagement and pride.
“I’m particularly proud that virtually everyone that took part confirmed that the firm is a great place to work!”
Shaun Jardine, CEO at Brethertons, said: “When the organisation succeeds, so do our staff through bonuses and benefits.
“It is this joint working approach that makes Brethertons such a success and enables our continued growth year on year.”
Paul Devoy, head of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Brethertons on their Gold standard. Such a high level of accreditation is the sign of great people management practice, and demonstrates a commitment to staff development and shows an organisation committed to being the very best it can be.
“Brethertons should be extremely proud of their achievement.”
