Rugby man in court charged with car key burglary in Brownsover

A MAN has been charged in connection with a burglary in Brownsover.

On July 7 a Honda Accord van was stolen after keys had been taken from inside the property in Brownsover.

The vehicle was later involved in a collision in Little Lawford Lane, Rugby and the driver ran away from the scene.

Saul Jake Linton, 20, was arrested in connection with the incident and today (Friday) was charged with car key burglary, aggravated taking a vehicle without consent and other driving offences.

He has been remanded in custody and will appear before magistrates in Leamington tomorrow (Saturday).
