Rugby’s own little Princess is born

Born just hours before the Prince of Cambridge, Laci Mae Giles from Rugby is one of the lucky babies who will receive a commemorative silver penny. Laci was born at University Hospital Coventry on Monday July 22 at 10.30am weighing 5lb 6oz.

She is the third child of Matthew Giles and Louise Noble.

All babies born on the same day as the new heir will receive one of the limited edition coins.

Laci was due on July 23 but was induced on Friday and waited until Monday to come.

The couple said: “We’re very proud.”
