RUGBY’S Got Talent will once again be hosted at the annual town Spring Fair which is promising to be bigger and better than ever.
The Rotary Club of Rugby Dunsmore launched this year’s Spring Fair programme at a special event at the Town Hall on Wednesday last week ahead of the biggest community event of the year.
The 2011 Spring Fair will once again be held at the Whitehall Recreation Ground on bank holiday Monday, May 2. Organisers hope to raise thousands of pounds for charity.
As always there is a jam-packed program of entertainment and events including the usual stalls, games and fun fair.
Jason Moss from Rugby FM will host a special roadshow throughout the day including the Rugby’s Got Talent competition to find the town’s next big thing.
There will also be singing and dancing from local groups, a classic car display and donkey rides.
Asda will be sponsoring the event and will be providing a royal wedding-themed area for children and a food-sampling tent.
Mike Beck, from the Rotary Club of Dunsmore, said: “We want to give the good folk of Rugby a really good day out.
“The fair just gets better every year.”
