A RUGBY estate agent is bucking the national trend with house sales going through the roof.

Throughout May, June and July, Newman Estate Agents has sold three times more houses than it has listed.

Jon Handford, Newman managing director, said: “We have a large number of serious buyers registered with us.

“If the property is priced correctly and presented to sell then our team will work hard on your behalf to secure a sale.

He added: “In fact we seem to be bucking the national trend.

“With Rightmove reporting seven out of ten properties marketed so far this year still on the market, our sales results over the last three months speak for themselves. Consequently, we have a large number of disappointed buyers looking for their dream home.”

Jon said it is important to remember that the highest level of interest in your property will be in the first fortnight it comes on the market.

He added: “Rightmove advocate the importance of the 3P’s: Presentation, Price and Promotion. “First impressions count. For honest advice our property marketing advisers have the experience and knowledge to help you market your property to sell.”
