Sarah’s designs on marriage bouquets
THE originality of bridal designs created by a Leamington florist have led to her being crowned winner in the wedding section of Interflora’s national Florist of the Year competition.
Sarah Horne, who has her own shop in Warwick Street, not only won the bridal design category but finished fourth overall in the competition, which attracted top florists from all over the country.
The event was held during the RHS Tatton Park Flower Show in Cheshire on July 23 and for the first time visitors were able to watch designers making their creations while up against the pressures of a clock.
Sarah said: “I’m thrilled to have won the best bridal design, as it’s an area of floristry I’m really passionate about.”
