Southam Lions hold grand race night for Zoe’s Place
Southam Lions will make a £1,500 donation to Zoe’s Place baby hospice in Coventry after they held a successful Grand National race night.
Youngsters, one as young as 15 months, were jockeys for the night on makeshift horses and they had to negotiate water jumps and fend off the challenge of one ‘cheating’ owner. The night raised £1,060 with the Lions increasing the total amount.
