Spice is right at hot quiz in Crick

The quiz and curry night takes place at the Holiday Inn on March 31 to raise money for Greenfingers, a charity which developes gardens and outdoor spaces at children’s hospices.

It costs £14.95 per person, which includes the hot buffet.

Sales office manager Julie-Anne Passey said: “I came up with the idea because I thought it was something a bit different.

“We feel Greenfingers is a really worthy cause and fully support the ideas of the charity. We watched a video of the work that they do and the children whose lives that they have impacted on which left a tear in our eyes.”

She said the quiz promises to be a great night out.

“We would like keen quizzers and newbies to come along and support the evening,” said Julie-Anne.

“We have recently had a tandoori oven installed in our kitchen which we create fabulous homemade naan breads, chicken and lamb dishes, so the bombay banquet will certainly be quite a feature of the evening.”

Raffle prizes are also needed for the night.
