Train services at Rugby station will be affected by strike action next week.
Network Rail employees who belong to the RMT trade union have voted in favour of taking strike action.
A 24-hour strike is due to start at 5pm on Monday May 25 with a 48 hour ban on overtime.
The workers, including signallers and maintenance staff, are critical to the safe operational running of the railway network.
All train operating companies will be affected by the strike action and London Midland awaits further detail from Network Rail to determine if it will be able to run any train services during the strike period.
Customers who have already purchased tickets for travel will be entitled to receive a full refund if industrial action takes place and they cannot travel.
Season ticket holders will also be entitled to compensation through the delay repay process.
London Midland said it was working closely with Network Rail to understand how the strike will affect itstrain services.
