People are invited to Caldecott Park in Rugby for tea and cake on Wednesday.
Making Space together with Guideposts are holding a series of tea and talk events leading up to World Mental Health Day on October 10.
The event takes place in the Old Tool Shed Cafe, from 11am - 2pm.
Jessica Brooks, service user involvement co-ordinator for Making Space, said: “Together with our volunteers, we will be setting up in local cafes offering tea and cake, talking to people about mental health and what’s going on in their area, showcasing the artwork of people with lived experience of mental health problems via our virtual gallery, and hopefully raising a bit of money too.
“Our aim is to encourage discussion about mental health, thereby reducing stigma, and to promote the theme of this year’s world mental health day which is dignity in mental health.”
