This year’s Rugby Festival of Culture has been delighting audiences around the town centre, with many events selling out and plenty of interest in the remaining ones.
Rugby First, Rugby Borough Council and a wide variety of others support the festival, which is now in its sixth year.
And there are still many delights to come until it finishes this Sunday, July 17.
A food fayre is on in Market Place on Thursday, from 10am to 4pm, while From Page to Stage, a selection of original short plays by Rugby Theatre’s writing group is one of the Thursday evening attractions.
Still to come are Gyles Brandreth on Friday, free outdoor music galore on Saturday daytime, with Fleet Street veterans turned TalkSport favourites Mike Graham and Mike Parry, pictured, one of the Saturday evening treats. Sunday’s busy too and full details are in the festival guide or at www.rugbyfestivalofculture.co.uk
