Cadman Homes is delighted to welcome a new addition to the team.
Tamara McLaren has been employed under a Government-backed apprentice scheme, working towards an NVQ in sales, as well as learning the estate and letting agency business.
Tamara has been with Cadman Homes for three months now, and her colleagues say she is progressing well and “has really got to grips with the business”.
Tamara said: “There’s so much to learn about the industry and I’ve met such a wide range of people including buyers, sellers and landlords. Rugby MP Mark Pawsey came in to see how I was getting on, and I’m always doing something different. I really enjoy the fact that no two days are the same.”
Tamara works mainly on the sales side of the business but has already conducted viewings for rental and sales, and dealt with landlord and vendor inquiries too.
Adam McHenry, who is a director and head of sales at the Castle Street-based firm, said: “We are all experienced in sales and lettings, and this means that we can advise our clients better.
“We do specialise in certain areas as individuals, but feel that having 360 degree knowledge in sales, lettings, and the running of the business is the best way to help our clients.
“We are all conversant in sales and lettings, and this truly benefits our clients as buyers become landlords, and then vendors, they can deal with one main contact with whom they’ve built up trust.”
