Tanks, trucks and firepower at bank holiday show in Dunchurch

A MAJOR event which exploded into life last year is heading back to Dunchurch.

The Tanks, Trucks and Firepower Show will take place over the bank holiday weekend from August 27 - 29 at a site just outside Dunchurch on the Southam Road.

The Alvis Fighting Vehicle Society have joined forces with the Birmingham & West Midlands Area MVT for a show with tracked armour, military vehicles of all periods.

There will be two arenas, huge pyrotechnic and blank firing tank displays, food stalls, beer tent, evening entertainment, Saturday and Sunday, camping space, militaria stalls and more. MVT Area displays welcomed.

Gates open at 10am, entry £7 adults, £3.50 kids, under 5’s go free.

The show ground is situated just 1 mile from Dunchurch in Warwickshire on the A426 Southam Road and five miles from Rugby. Easy access off the A45 and M45. Follow the show signs.
