Tesco recalls potentially dangerous mini monkey biscuits
Tesco stores across the company have recalled all date codes of its Mini Monkey Milk Chocolate Biscuits because the presence of peanut protein is not mentioned on the label.
This makes the product a possible health risk for anyone who is allergic or has an intolerance to peanuts.
The Food Standards Agency is advising customers who have bought the product and have an allergy to peanuts not to eat the buiscuits.
Instead, return them to the store where it was bought or contact Tesco Customer Relations on 0800 505 555.
No other Tesco products are known to be affected.
