LEAMINGTON Hastings’ All Saints Church continues its popular programme of concerts with the Sitkivetsky Piano Trio on Saturday September 8 at 7.30pm.

The trio are a collaboration of three young musicians who share a passion for chamber music. The group has performed in front of the Queen, been played several times on BBC Radio 3 and have won a string of awards and accolades since forming in 2007.

At this concert they’ll be performing Mozart’s Piano Trio in C major, Brahms’ Piano Trio number three and Beethoven’s Archduke Trio.

The Sitkivetsky Trio met and worked together at the Yehudi Menuhin School, Surrey, and have emerged as one of the outstanding trios of today, winning the Philharmonia-Martin Chamber Music Award and the Kirckman Society Award. They’ve also held the Junior Fellowship at the Royal Academy of Music 2007-08, and from 2008-10, and were recipients of the Golubovich Fellowship and the Richard Cairnes Junior Fellowship for Chamber Music at the Trinity college of Music.
