Top country hotel wins award for putting customers first

A country hotel has won an award for at the Best Western GB Awards for customer service.

Best Western PLUS Ullesthorpe Court Hotel & Golf Club picked up the award for Best Customer Experience 2015 in the large hotel category, sponsored by The AA.

A large hotel constitutes seventy or more beds and there are seventy one Best Western hotels that fall within this category.

Paul Burgess, operations director of the Best Western PLUS Ullesthorpe Court Hotel & Golf Club said: “Customer service is at the heart of our ethos and we always strive to give our guests the best possible experience, so we’re thrilled to receive this award from Best Western GB.”
