A Rugby driving instructor has got behind the wheel of a fundraising drive for Children in Need.
Emma Smith, of The Road Ahead, took part in the Big Learner Relay.
The team has helped raise more than £50,000 so far for Children in Need.
Emma (pictured) said: “An instructor called Lou Walsh is being relayed around the country by learner drivers for the charity.
“The relay passed through Rugby last Tuesday when my car was the lead car and my pupil Frankie drove Lou to her next destination, which was Nuneaton.
“There she swapped cars and went on her way.”
There are 190 legs covering over 2,000 miles and Lou, who is from Bournemouth, is amazed at the support so far.
“It’s been great fun as well as helping an excellent cause,” added Emma.
“I really hope next year more Rugby instructors get involved and help raise funds and awareness.”
