Two charged with conspiracy to handle stolen goods in Rugby

POLICE have charged two people from Rugby with conspiracy to handle stolen goods.

Martin Crouch, 39, and Cheryl Crouch, 32, both of Anderson Avenue, Rugby were charged yesterday (Thursday).

The charges relate to four burglaries in Rugby and other theft related charges that include trailer thefts in rugby and Hinckley between July 2011 and March 2012.

Both have been charged and bailed to appear before Nuneaton Magistrates Court in May.

The arrests were made by officers from the Rugby Acquisitive Crime Team (ACT) following the execution of a warrant at the address in Anderson Avenue.
