Veggie delights of Christmas shared out by Leamington volunteers
VOLUNTEERS from Leamington’s Bath Place Community Venture spread some festive goodwill as they served up a vegetarian three-course meal to diners at a communal Christmas lunch.
The venture welcomed 60 people to the event at Arch 1 in Court Street, Leamington, last Tuesday.
Bath Place’s site supervisor Clayton Denwood said that the venture will be unable to hold its soup kitchen for the homeless on Christmas Day due to difficulty in finding a venue, but investigations are continuing into finding a new home for the organisation.
