Staff and residents at a Rugby care home took a trip to Las Vegas when they held a themed party to mark its second birthday.
Last Friday’s celebrations included a casino, props and entertainment provided by Elvis impersonator Dean Thomas.
Karen Handley, customer relationship manager at Anya Court, said: “We had a lot of fun celebrating our milestone and thanking everyone for their continued support over the last two years.
“There was a beautiful atmosphere in the home and our residents and relatives had a fantastic evening gambling, dancing and letting their hair down for the occasion.”
Among the guests was one of Anya Court’s residents Rodger Prince, who won a bottle of champagne after scooping a whopping $414 in the casino.
Rodger, 73, said he enjoyed the celebrations.
He said: “It was a wonderful night, something different and a great way to celebrate Anya Court’s second birthday.
“We all thoroughly enjoyed it.”
