Rugby’s Food and Drink Festival has been hailed a big success after thousands of people enjoyed the stalls, samples and cooking demonstrations.
The four-day event, supported by Rugby First and Rugby Borough Council, included a Farmers Market, kids kitchen, real ale trail, food fayres and entertainment.
The Festival ran from September 25 to 28 and was held at St Andrew’s Church, Rugby.
Aftab Gaffar, Rugby First managing director, said: “We have had a great four days and I am really pleased with how we have built and developed on the success of last year’s festival, which was the first.
“The Farmers Market and food fayres were sold out and the town centre was buzzing.”
