More than 30 volunteers took part in a charity car wash to raise money for Myton Hospice.
Saturday’s event was organised by The Heart of England Co-operative Funeral Service in Bilton Road, Rugby.
The team washed around 120 cars and raised £643.56 over four hours.
Marcus Cooper, funeral director at Co-operative Funeral Service, said: “The car wash was absolutely fantastic. The weather was great and it encouraged people to come down and support us.
“We raised an amazing £643.56 through washing cars, cake stalls, a raffle and a food stall.”
The company select a charity and raise money for it for two years.
Marcus added: “We asked the staff to write down which charity they wanted to choose this year and Myton Hospice came out on top.
“We’ve been on several visits and the work they do is incredible so it made a lot of sense to support them. They sent four or five volunteers down to help on the day and we really appreciated that.
“I’d like to say a special thank you to M & J Tool Hire and Brandon Tool Hire who kindly donated two pressure washers for us to use on the day.”
